Bill has practiced in Long Beach for 24 years. He is married to Diane, a Long Beach native who was raised in Belmont Heights and attended Wilson High School. They have five children and are active in the local community. Bill is a board member of the International City Theatre, Vice President of the California Lincoln Club, Long Beach Chapter, and has for several years been involved with Long Beach Pop-Warner Football. He is also a member of the Long Beach Downtown Lions Club.
