William D. Evans

Bill has practiced in Long Beach for twenty-four years. He is married to Diane, a Long Beach native, who was raised in Belmont Heights and attended Wilson High School. They have five children and are active in the local community. Bill is a board member of the International City Theatre, Vice President of the California Lincoln Club, Long Beach Chapter, and has for several been involved with Long Beach Pop-Warner Football. He is also a member of the Long Beach Downtown Lions Club.

Richard C. Brizendine

Rick has practiced law in Long Beach for twenty-one years. He is married to a native of Long Beach and has three children. He is involved in volunteer work for the local schools, a member of the Board of Directors for D.A.R.E., and a commission member of Bay Shore Congregational Church. Rick is an avid yacht racer and member of the Long Beach Yacht Club. His father Richard Sr. was a Long Beach police officer for thirteen years ultimately rising to the level of Sargeant. Thereafter his police work done, Briz Sr. passed the state bar, became an attorney, and moved into the city prosecutor's office where he represented the people of the City of Long Beach in criminal matters for twenty-one years.

Rick's practice consists of litigation and transactional matters involving real and personal property purchase, sale, and financing transactions, business consulting, formation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships-limited and general. He also serves his clients' estate planning and general contract drafting needs. more

Gregory S. Silver

After some twenty years I can honestly say I still get up in the mornings looking forward to going to work. I prefer the action and competition of the courtroom but I also appreciate the practicality that most cases settle along the way. I believe strongly, however, that to achieve an advantageous settlement for my client(s), I must be "Trial Ready". My opponents recognize my reputation as a skilled trial advocate and I take full advantage of this edge for my client(s).

I graduated from Long Beach State and served there as Student Body Vice President and also a Senator at Large for the "Associates Students". While in college I was also listed in "Who's Who" of American Colleges and Universities.

I have worked as a lawyer in Long Beach for the Long Beach Convention & Visitor's Bureau, handling delicate personnel matters and have assisted countless local companies with a myriad of other legal issues.
